These kittens need to stay together and with their mother for 8 weeks. They are learning to be cats. I have had experience with this and a kitten who becomes independent too early doesn't learn proper cat survival and socialization behaviors. Don't think that they can be alone just because they're not nursing anymore. There is plenty of good reason to keep these babies with their mother.

We have 3 kittens that need a home. They are 4 weeks old and the mom is no longer able feed them but they are already eating moist cat food. We would wait longer, but since they are no longer nursing there is no reason to.
$40 apiece.
