The wood siding was removed and replaced with lath and three coat cement plaster. Foam shapes were added to the windows and garage door to modernize the exterior. A new coat a acrylic finish with intregal color, imperfect smooth finish, was then applied to the entire home for a nice new finish. Densglass was used with foam to create a coved eave and then acrylic finish was applied there as well. DON'T PAINT OLD STUCCO. HAVE A NEW ACRYLIC FINISH COAT APPLIED OVER EXISTING STUCCO. A COMPLETE NEW SURFACE WILL COVER OLD REPAIRS AND PATCHES. INTEGRAL COLORED ACRYLIC WILL REDUCE STAINS AND CRACKING. MODERNIZE YOUR HOMES APPEARANCE WITH ARCHITECTURAL FOAM SHAPES AND OR A NEW SURFACE TEXTURE. REPLACE ANY TYPE OF OLD HIGH MAINTANCE SIDING WITH LATH AND EITHER TWO-COAT OR THREE-COAT CEMENT PLASTER.
