It has 2 very large living rooms, a den area, a kitchen (dishwasher, disposal, and microwave) and a bar area. Has a utility room with a washer and dryer. Has a large fenced in yard with garden plots. Has a large shed out back that could be used as a work area for the right person -- or for extra storage. Has a pretty big driveway that could fit up to 4 cars (1 car is currently using it) there is also street parking available. Pets are welcome (requires a $200 deposit per pet) as long as they are socialized with both people and other animals. Please note that the fencing on the yard has a lot of weak points so if you have a dog that is prone to escape this will not be the right place for you. There is currently 1 male (24 year old) residing at the residence and at this point in time we are looking for only other males but we are open to renting a room to a couple if so desired (rent would increase by $100 if the room is shared).
