The place is located directly on the ridge facing west with an AMAZING view of the Sound and the Olympics (sunsets are truly amazing and we have a big deck). The building is a little out-dated but the view and location make up for it. The apartment is ~800+ sq ft, fully furnished already, washer/dryer in the building, and there's also really easy and safe street parking. Personally I am a really easy going roommate, and I'm looking for someone of that nature as well. I keep a pretty busy schedule during the week and on weekends I usually like to go out and have a good time with friends (Greenlake, Fremont and Ballard are all equally close and QA/Beltown are easy to get to via 99) or do something fun outside- camping, hiking, climbing, skiing, etc. Send me an email if you'd like to know more or check out the place.
