There are basically 3 "rooms"? that I have seperated from each other with nice panals to provide as much privacy as possible because there are no doors sperating them. I, personally, feel very comfortable with the way I have set it up (so far). If you are not comfortable with having your own private space, BUT NOT a door, this is probably not the place for you. I'm not going to try and explain the layout of the apartment, you have to actually see it to know if it fits what you want. My living room is......empty. I will be setting it back up with furniture again once a roommate moves in. This apartment is Month to Month and I have already paid the deposit. About me. I'm 25/m, I work as a waiter downtown and I do stock investment stuff during the day at home. I watch a lot of movies, football etc...and usually keep to myself for the most part. I like to keep my living area picked up because my home is where I rest....and it's hard to rest where it's messy. Age, race, sexual prefrence etc........are not an issue. I'm one of the lowest-maintnance roommates you'll find. You pay rent on time, and I don't really care what you do after that. Rent is $450 a month plus Utilities... Free wireless internet from the Cafe across the street. 1/2 Of last months rent ($225) Due upon move in. This is not ideal for everyone, but it is a great location and a great roommate.
