This Trailer is ready to go down the road! 1950 Spartan Royal Mansion is 33’ long, has Tandem Axles & Electric Brakes. Original outside lights (including Arrow signal lights). We have the original split rims & tires; however have replaced them with new tires & wheels. The interior is Birdseye Birch & in good condition. Light fixtures & Refrigerator have been replaced due to age & use. It’s been parked since 1956 & we used it as our home for 10 yrs., while we were putting our home together on the same property.
