It is located at Gullsway Campground (www.gullsway.com) in Dagsboro, Delaware, approx. 8 miles from Bethany Beach. New A/C was installed in 2007. One bedroom with queen size bed, 2 pullout sofas (can close partition for privacy to make temporary 2nd bedroom), roomy kitchen area w/full size stove and refrigerator, dining room table w/4 chairs, ceiling fan in living room, 2 ceiling fans in screen room, full bath w/tub & shower. GREAT CONDITION!!!!! Annual lot rent is $2500 (paid for 2009). Campground also has boat access (Indian River Bay), 2 swimming pools, playground.
