This is a 1995 40' American Eagle RV by Fleetwood. It is in very good condition. It only has 68,000 miles. It has pull out tray in basement and lots of storage. It has 6 brand new Michelin tires, new refrigerator, new convection/microwave oven. Plus it has a gas oven. It has a U-line stand alone ice maker that makes enough ice you can fill up coolers with it. It has dual heated and remote control mirrors. Tilt telescopic wheel. Cruise control. Power drivers window. Air brakes. It has a 300 horse cummins engine. It has a 8 kw diesel generator. Dual ducted air conditioners. 5 gallon per minute water pump. (it was a new water pump 2 yrs ago) I put in a special dual filter drinking water system with a faucet at the sink. All the water coming into the RV has a charcoal filter. It has a full tank of gas. It gets about 10mpg. Also the 20 foot awning was just replaced 2 months ago. The front seats are 6 way power seats. The seats, couch and lazyboy chair are all leather.
