I bought this trailer which has sat unused since 2006. It has been well taken care of, winterized every year. The only thing that it needs is a good power washing on the outside. It does sit outside without a cover on it. This is a park model therefore it has no holding tanks. You hook directly up to city water or a well and run your sewage drains directly into a septic tank. I find this to be a nice feature or a portable holding tank can be purchased for about $50-$75.
