Hi, my name is Traivs a 27 year old living in the town of Lone Jack MO. I have a huge brand new house off 150hwy here in Lone Jack and its just to much to handle alone. I am willing to offer up one bedroom, cable, gas, water, trash, internet (fastest they offer), your own bathroom, and your own garage spot. Along with a little storage if need be (all this cost me around $2,100 a month). Your not going to get a better deal anywhere. Lone Jack is less than 8 mins from Lees Summit and about 15-20 mins from Warrensburg. I am not looking for a huge party animal. I do get out, but I dont want to trash my new house here. I dont mind guest (ie girlfriend / boyfriend). I am a really laided back guy and have very little in the way of rules. First and last months rent will be taken apone move in (we can discuss this if need be as far as maybe holding the room or what not). I can even lend a hand with the move if need be. I have a full sized truck. Overall this is a great deal for someone single or not and needs to have a safe great house to live in at a great price.
