This room is very nice and has a view of the mountains that are so close you can actually hike and mountain bike straight from the neighborhood! Upstairs has additional storage available and a loft that is an office and additional seating area, washer/dryer is upstairs. Beautiful bathroom that would be shared with your own sink and cutom tiled floors. Spacious 2500 sq. foot home boasts beautiful satin-finished hardwood floors down stairs, lots of natural sunlight, an awesome kitchen with island and tons of cabinets. The back yard is absolutely stunning with several seating areas, fire pits, beautiful views, landscaping, & water features. We have two cute dogs (a sheltie and a dachshund) who are sweet and well behaved. We are looking for a laid-back, respectful roommate who does not party. Moderate dirinking is ok, and smoking is fine outside.
