We have two well-behaved medium-small dogs, so renters must be animal friendly. You have full access to the kitchen, dining and living rooms and washer/dryer. All you have to do is clean up after yourself and take care of your area and everything else is taken care of, from the yard work to the filters for the drinking water. No smoking or drug use. Rent will be $500 per month, all utilities included. You share the bathroom with one other. Plenty of room and two sinks.
