You will be sharing the home with a recently retired lady and the owner who is either working or on the golf course. We are both drama free and respectfull. If you are looking for a party house we would be a major dissapointment. Rent is $550.00 per month and includes all utillities, wireless high speed internet and cable TV with most movie channels.
