Our time in this home is done at the end of October, so because of the inconvenience of having to move in now and then move out 30 days later, I have set this super cheap price. The house is great! Yeah we have some hang outs and people over every once in a while, but nothing drastic. We keep it very clean and just comfortable for us. The backyard is huge and great for kickback and bbq's. You will have full house privileges.
