The room is available OCT 1st. $600 per month (utilities included), month to month. It is a large room with a SHARED BATH (you would share a bathroom with one other person just for bathing purposes, there is a half bath that you can make your own for all other bathroom needs). The room is located away from the other bedrooms and has a walk in closet. The room will be rented on a MONTH TO MONTH basis , this means that you are not tied into a lease, simply give me a 30 days notice of when you want to move out or if it is not working out for me I can give you a 30 days notice as well, there is no penalty .
