I live in a beautiful 1930s two-story house near Rocky Mountain College, MSU-Billings, and the Poets Market. I am looking to rent out the bottom floor. It's a very bright, clean, fully finished basement apartment featuring its own: - PRIVATE entry - bedroom (which is furnished with my double bed and dresser, although I'm happy to remove these items if you have your own) - HUGE beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi tub, double sink, and 2-headed shower - large living area (which includes a futon, sofa bed, office chair, desk, and wooden chest/table, any of which can be removed if you like). You would also have the use of one side of a two-car garage (with your own remote-control opener). We would share only: - the laundry area (and you'd have the use of my washer and dryer), and - the kitchen, which is upstairs, on my floor (and you'd have use of my microwave, toaster-oven, and all other kitchen appliances). The house has central air and heat, WiFi, and a beautiful, spacious yard with many mature trees. Another great feature: in addition to the fact that you'd have your own private entrance, the kitchen has 2 doors. One door leads to the staircase to the lower unit, while the other goes to my upstairs unit -- so the kitchen serves as a buffer between the two units. What I'm looking for: a RESPONSIBLE, quiet, mature, considerate, clean, neat, non-smoking, non-drug-using, and preferably non-drinking housemate -- ideally, a professional who is at work during the day, since I do most of my work at home during the day. I am an educated, serious, gay white male professional in his 40s, open to a housemate of any gender, race, or orientation as long as the person is truly a grown-up: that is, someone who reliably pays his/her rent and share of the utilities (50% of the heat/AC, water, electricity, and cable/Internet/WiFi) on time -- every time -- and respects boundaries.
