Looking for a roommate starting in the middle of August. It is a three bedroom basement apartment located in the alley between 4th and 5th St. W, and Chestnut and Hazel. One bedroom cannot be rented due to fire restrictions so there is plenty of storage space. I am a UM student (chemistry) and would prefer either another student, or someone with a job that keeps regular hours. The utilities are usually around $40 a month, and don't go up much in the winter. The room is on the larger side of average, and though the place is a bit dingy the location and price are unbeatable. 309 S. 4th. St. W.
