I have an upstairs loft connected to my house approximately 700 square feet.....Direct TV with DVR included along with all utilities. Rent paid monthly at the beggining of the month (or prorated if needed). My house is two yrs old located in Heatherwood Estates by the high school in Paola KS. Just out of a relationship and need some extra cash to pay the mortgage. Surround sound 60' plasma setup in living room area, PS3 and Wii access, along with all movie channels DVR and wireless internet. Needs to be clean person. I do have a recording studio in the basement, but will respect needs of any roomates. These pics are older but give you an idea, the fourth one is the loft before it was finished not a full view but most of it...now it has track lighting there's also a sink in it, it's painted ect....was an originally built to be an art studio....I wish I could put more pics on here to show the rest of the house...bamboo floors, eucalyptus cabinets, big TVs, surround sound...nice setup....get in touch!
