Outgoing calls within the US and all incoming calls would be included. You would pay for any international outgoing calls you make, but Skype has very good rates. Multiple room discounts to up to 3 people in the same group: 1 room $200/mo (only 1 or 2 people) (This is the front bedroom shown in the diagram below) 2 rooms $300/mo (only 1 to 3 people) (This is the middle and back bedrooms shown in the diagram below - they must be rented together) 3 rooms $400/mo (only 1 to 3 people) (This is the front, middle, and back bedrooms shown in the diagram below) $500/mo for more than 3 people. All utilities included are included in the rent, even internet and US Skype phone calls. All rooms are fully furnished with bed, dresser, couch, and chair. I can provide a desk if needed as well. I should be able to provide a console TV too. I have an extra computer in the kitchen so anyone who lives here can access the internet without any extra charge even if they don't have a computer. I just watch free over-the-air digital TV and am satisfied with that. You are free to get cable TV in your name if you want. If you rent more than 1 room for just yourself, you would have the option of letting friends rent the other room or rooms for no extra charge later on, but more than 3 people total still would cost $500/mo. Everyone living here will share the bathroom on the 2nd floor, a large kitchen on the 1st floor, a large unfinished basement for storage and laundry, and a large fenced backyard. _ABOUT THE HOUSE_ I'm renting 3 rooms on the second floor. I know that's slightly out of the usual range for students since it would take 45 minutes to walk to school from here, 30 minutes by bus (with some wait time included), 15 minutes by bicycle, or 8 minutes by car. It's because of the slightly extra travel distance that you get the room for only $200/mo all utilities included. If price matters, you should consider this room. Also, there is some advantage to living a little further from school because it encourages you to stay at school and get your work done instead of coming home and watching TV, playing on the internet, or taking a nap. The rooms range in size from about 133 square feet to about 180 square feet (based on very rough measurements that I did-only accurate to within a foot in each direction). _ABOUT ME_ I got my Master's degree in Physics at NIU and moved to Milwaukee, WI to try for a PhD in Physics at UWM. I ended up dropping out of graduate school and never got a job using my Master's degree. Before finishing the Master's though, I did teach in the New York City public school system for a year, and was a Teaching Assistant throughout my graduate work. I met my wife in Milwaukee and we moved to Lawrence, KS when my father was dying. I bought this house in KCMO with my inheritance after he died. Anyway, I've recently separated from my wife and live alone on the first floor here. I believe you would be comfortable living with me since I am drug free (don't even smoke or drink), would put all my free money into improving our living situation, and am well educated. I'm not totally alone because I have a medium/small dog: Brody is a boxer-terrier mix, and I just got him a few days ago from someone who advertised on craigslist free stuff.
