I am a 26 year old straight male, working professional, and college graduate. Other than me, I have 3 other great male roommates ages 22-25. Rent will include EVERYTHING including cable, utilities, washer, dryer, dishwasher, wireless internet, and all amenities. Every couple weeks I have somebody clean the main areas and bathroom, but you still must be CLEAN and pay rent ON TIME. I live in the finished basement/lower level with my own fridge, and the other 4 rooms will be occupied. You will have your privacy though, and the house is pretty big. Almost 2000 square feet. House will be fully furnished except for your room. We have a big widescreen 50 '' Plasma TV in the living room, a wet bar and big deck w/ a propane grill. Going to get a pool table soon too.
