Hi I'm a 26 year old female seeking a female roomate (preferably). I have 2 dogs that are very friendly. Additional dogs are welcome. I have a fenced in yard. 450 dollars a month that includes utilities (water gas and electric). I do have basic cable and wireless internet as well (also included in the 450). I do require a 200 dollar deposit. The bathroom is the main bathroom, so no, it would not be private. But, only guests would be using this bathroom besides yourself. the room does not have a walk in closet, but if you need the additional closet space beyond the closet you'd have in your room, there is an additional closet in the guest room. Parking is available in the garage (you'd get your own garage opener). Dishwasher is available for us to share. Washer and dryer is available for us to share. Finished basement for someone to put any extra furniture or additional storage. approx. 15mins to downtown without traffic, 25mins to 30 mins with. I don't smoke, smoking is ok outside. i drink on occasion though.
