Here's the breakdown: The Room: -Furnishings are optional, but it is fully furnished (queen sz bed, large TV, dresser, computer desk, bookcase) -Large closet -You will have your own key to the room as well as the house -New paint/vinyl windows/blinds/sheers/fixtures/carpet (1 yr old) -Quiet (you can’t hear noises from other areas in the house) -Individually remote controlled heat/AC wall unit + there's a lighted ceiling fan -The bathroom is tiled, has new light & towel fixtures, medicine cabinet, paint The House: -Beautiful hardwood oak floors -Spacious, nice, relaxing LR, large dining room, good sized kitchen -You would have use of the downstairs LR, kitchen (large fridge) outdoor areas, and dining room Ammenities: -Comcast HD cable/wireless internet -Large newer fridge, new dishwasher, new extra capacity washer & newer dryer -Semi-private, beautiful lighted courtyard/gazebo out front -Back patio w/ gas grill -Some garage storage Neighborhood: -Older, nice, quiet neighborhood -Short walk to dining at upscale Granite Park -Very close to grocery store, movie rental, and gas station -Very close to 168 fwy, about 5 mins from CSUF, not far to 41 N What You Pay: $450 + $200 deposit What's Included: Water/Sewage/Garbage, PG&E, wireless high speed internet & cable (Comcast) Me: You would be sharing the house with me, no other roommates (I'm a 32 year old female). I am a friendly, quiet, low-key, responsible, considerate, fairly conservative hardworking professional with a good sense of humor. I often cook Indian food and grill in the summer, and have a few friends over now & then. I don't party/do drugs/have lots of people over. You: Of course, I'm looking for someone with similar values, prefer female roommates, but responsible/clean guys are not out of the question. Also, someone established here in the US or CA please...
