Vegetarian household has a room available in a large two-story house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to CSUF (FSU). Home has a large backyard, swimming pool, organic garden, covered patio, laundry privileges, and if you are vegetarian you also get kitchen privileges. We prefer a graduate student or an international student but will consider other CSUF students or a working professional. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, phone line, and wireless Internet access. All the utilities are included but we do not have cable. We have outdoor dogs and cats that are occasionally allowed inside and are very friendly. You must be someone who is: trustworthy, does not have parties, does not use drugs, smoke, or have pets (we have plenty). You must pass a background check ($10 fee).
