I don’t currently have any pets, but would welcome cats [and maybe a dog but that’s unlikely].. It’s located in Rio Rancho, but only about 10 minutes from Albuquerque. House is on a quite street with friendly neighbors. For $300 you get one bedroom and private bath [utilities included] an additional room for an office is an option.
