I am tired of the scam stuff. Hi, my name is Traivs a 27 year old living in the town of Lone Jack MO. I have a huge brand new house off 150hwy here in Lone Jack and its just to much to handle alone. I am willing to offer up one bedroom, cable, gas, water, trash, internet (fastest they offer), your own bathroom, and your own garage spot. Along with a little storage if need be FOR WHAT I THINK IS A GREAT PRICE! (all this cost me around $2,100 a month). Your not going to get a better deal anywhere. Lone Jack is less than 8 mins from Lees Summit and about 15-20 mins from Warrensburg. I am not looking for a huge party animal. I do get out, but I dont want to trash my new house here. I dont mind guest (ie girlfriend / boyfriend). Hell I dont mind parties as long as things dont get out of hand. I am a really laided back guy and have very little in the way of rules.
