Two rooms are available at my house in Waldo for you to choose from. (Or if there are two people looking for a place, I'm willing to explore that as an option) I have one full bathroom upstairs (tub/shower) and one full downstairs (shower). I also have a washer and dryer. Rent for one roommate would be $450 + 1/2 utilities. You'd have the second room for an office or more storage, but I'd like to keep a portion of it reserved for a fold out couch for when either of us have family or friends visit - which isn't all that often with me. There is also driveway parking. I'm a 33 year old straight professional male and pretty easy going. I have a medium sized weimaraner that loves people and I would like to keep it to just one pet in the house. I MAY make an exception to a small well trained dog, but prefer no other animals. I like to have small gatherings from time to time, and I usually have one or two bigger parties a year, but that's it. I'm looking for a professional or older student, male or female, roommate that is laid back and easy going as well. You'd need to be clean (keep the clutter to a minimum) and willing to help clean the place about once a week.
