I need to sublet a private room for the summer only in a large house. It is 13 x 10 furnished with bed, bureau and desk, night table, and lamp and mirror with a high-powered AC and wireless connection. I pay 450 per month which includes all utilities including internet. I will sublet it for $400 per month for the months of June through September or October. There is a shared bath, kitchen, and 2 living rooms with large TV and other electronic toys. There is no lease. You pay by the month and can leave at any time with notice to the landlady. I am going away for the summer, but want to return in the Fall. You must be out by November at the latest.
