Im not an XBOX connoisseur so I just went with the best system at the time, the Elite, which is why I have this one and not a lower-grade one. Everything is in tact, nothings been tampered with, and what little data was on the hard-drive has been erased. Its formatted to factory standards and I even left the protective/descriptive decals on all the pieces. The only pieces I used were the console itself, the controller, the power supply and power cable, and the AV component cable. I also used the headset ONCE for about 5 minutes to try it out, and back into the box it went. The two bonus games came in a double-disc case (i.e. 1 case for both games), never played, never opened but the case itself came cracked in the box; all security seals are still in tact though. The manual says it should also contain a \"Media Remote,\" however this one does not. I called Customer Support to consult and they said my model isnt supposed to have one, but its listed because the manual is universal for multiple XBOX models. (Just wanted to clear that up now.) I purchased this on December 21, 2007 with an additional 2-year warranty through the store, however that will expire this year on December 21, 2009. One of the Headset Adapters is out of the packaging, but was only used one time with the one use of headset before it went back into the box also. The microphone was used a few times to try but its basically new, and I never used the USB hub. I also only used the guitar a few times to try it; it looks clean, no stickers or significant cosmetic damages (theres a few minor blemishes here and there, and some kind of smudge/prints on a small area of the guitar and pick guard that can possibly be polished out, but theyre barely noticeable unless youre looking for them). The guitar strap is mint also. I really only wanted this game for the drums which are also in great working order. They werent excessively beat on or abused, nor was the kick pedal, and the sticks are still in good condition. I will note that the 2 x small poles used to connect the stand feet together have some wear on the ends, but not significant damage; the poles themselves I guess have a plastic sheet-type coating on them, so the pole ends are frayed a little from twisting them out of the base (hidden when assembled). I will say it was difficult to disassemble the base unit, so I recommend keeping that in tact if you need to store the game (I only took it apart so it would all fit in the tote). And lastly, the shirt and bonus sticks were given to me by someone from a store promotion for the game, never worn, never used.
