Single 51 year old white male with a small open floor plan house has one 10 by 14 room that could easily be sectioned off to be a lockable/private room for you with shared kitchen and bath and I will take either $600 a month or $140 a week if you are just looking for short term. Some renovations are in progress and its nothing fancy here, just a 700 sq/ft house on 2 acres of peaceful woods with nothing in sight besides trees out back and I am dog friendly as long as yours gets along okay with my sweet old girl! I am quiet and prefer the same/no parties, etc., and Im really just offering a furnished room with a bed and dresser plus some other closet/storage space to someone that might need a cheap place to stay for a while to get back on your feet. I do not have cable/satellite or high speed internet as Ive cut back on those things/my expenses after a lay off/pay reduction to try and make ends meet so if either of those are required by you, theyre yours to pay for in addition to the rent. The room I can section off is shown right up front in this picture which as you can see has nice double casement windows with blinds to the East with good morning sun and plenty of ventilation as well as a fixed picture window with blinds to the South. Electricity is included as long as youre not an extreme energy hog and there is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. Again, nothing fancy here, as its just a little fixer upper thats in the process of being fixed up that Im finding I can no longer afford on my own! Im located just a few miles from URI as well as Wakefield center. Ive recently put a fresh coat of paint in the one room and am now working on painting the rest of the interior plus doing some finishing touches in the kitchen and bath, and as part of the deal I would put down a new rug/carpeting to finish that room up as well as sealing up the half wall that now separates it from the rest of the house and adding a lockable door. My boyfriend and I have been living in this room for the last year, and were planning on living on the boat over the summer so we have to rent it out!The room is bright and located in the quietest part of the house. It will be rented out furnished, but some things can just be put in the basement if so desired. Ive been looking on here for weeks and cant find anything. Ive also tried roommates.com with no luck. Is there anyone else on here having the same problem that would want to find a place together? I want to spend 300-400 TOTAL with utilities included. Personally, I can do without cable TV and internet and dont want to pay Cox and Verizon bills. I have a laptop and wifi is free at so many places its not worth the $44 cox bill for just internet. You can go to Starbucks, Panera Bread, Whole Foods...etc. Female. looking for roommates that arent drunks and non-smokers. I live in a small studio apartment (1st floor in a home in the beautiful country) and could definitely use a temporary roomie for the next three to four months at $295/month (first/last months rent required). I am female. So, females only please.The aparment is very small, but so comfy and in the country with woods and so quiet (at the end of a dead end street). I do have a dog so if you love medium sized dogs, feel free to contact me. You can have a dog if he or she is well behaved and doesnt bark. :) My dog could use the company! :) I have to cut through your room to get into my room, so this is another reason why you need to be someone who is hardly ever home. Essentially, your room is the living room with the fireplace (which will be where you sleep).Heat and hot water are all included in the rent!!!! :) If you need internet service. I have it, and if you have wireless router, you are welcome to use it here to connect to mine. :) Tons of parking (this is a country neighborhood, so theres def parking everywhere including the driveway sometimes). The landlords live upstairs in this home, so its awesome to know that they take such great care of this home and its landscaping. You and I would be the only tenants, and its VERY quiet!VERY CONVENIENT TO GET TO WORCESTER and SURROUNDING AREAS.Description: Fireplace, two rooms, plus a kitchen and full bath. VERY adorable, clean, carpeted, and cute! Its perfect for the single person going to school or working alot, and who basically uses an apartment to sleep in (because it is small). So, if youre not home alot, and simply need a place to eat, sleep, and shower, this is a great little temporary apartment. I dont have a t.v., so if you have a small one, cool. If not, I really dont watch it, which is why I never bought one.Call if you are in need of a place to stay temporarily. Perhaps you are visiting family or friends, and need somewhere to stay for a few months. Or maybe you are about to move here, but havent found the right apartment yet, so you may need temp housing. Whatever the case may be, feel free to contact me.Im quiet, but my dog does roam the house, so prepare for doggie wanting to sleep with you, or jump on you to greet you, or walk around and play with toys while you are home, etc... Thats why you must absolutely LOVE dogs.
