Thank you for considering this add. You would have an apartment to yourself for the most part. I will only come to check on the apartment from time to time. Most of my things are there so, every so often I will have to pop in to either get something or drop something off (cloths and stuff like that); I will let you know when Im coming. I have not finished paying for the couches yet, so pleas be careful (they are ugly and somewhat uncomfortable so they dont get wrecked.. Lol) My lease is up in November and will reevaluate everything then.The apartment is a one bedroom on the second floor. Most of the reason I am doing this is, I am helping the mother of my children by moving in with her temporally and cannot afford both places. Also I would hate to put all my stuff in storage. Im a 34 year old male looking for a roommate to share an apartment with in a really nice area. The location is in a quiet part of Pawtucket located near Lincoln and North Providence. Close to I-95, 146, and 295. Downtown Providence is under 10 min away. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Its a clean and spacious 2 bedroom, with a large kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom and the entire living room would be yours. Both rooms are unfurnished. There is also extra storage in the basement and FREE washer and drier for laundry. Parking is on the street but the apartment is located on a one way street that is not very busy. If you need the bus there is a bus stop right at the beginning of the street. Looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease. My hours had gotten cut back and than lost my job altogether and cannot afford the rent. The room is in a HUGE third floor apartment on Broadway in Providence. Its a really convenient location, with 95N/95S as well as the 6/10 connector right there. The apartment has a big living room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit (no coin-op!) and has a lovely little balcony. Utilities are a little bit extra every month as well (national grid as well as verizon fios). My two girlfriends are in the other two rooms, and we need to find someone that can take over my share as soon as possible! I hate to have to leave but unfortunately I just dont have the income to stay. The rent is $333.33 + utilities per month. The lease ends at the end of October.We will all have to schedule a time to meet you. Only serious inquiries please!
