Last months rent is already paid so you only pay till end of April!The apartment features a nice walk in closet in the master bedroom. Ceiling fan in the bedroom along with central air. There is also a lovely fireplace in the living room. Washer and Dryer in the unit, along with a dishwasher.This is a 2nd floor apartment that features off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of guest parking.The community features are 1 outdoor pool, 1 indoor pool, wait room / gym, sauna and tennis courts. This is a nice quiet place to live, great neighbors. Hate to have to leave this place but I have a great job opportunity in Boston.Please help me out by taking over my lease!Pet friendly!
