I am selling my 2004 Honda Accord EX. It is silver with black leather interior and has a powerful V6 with the rare 6 speed option. The car has just over 64k miles. This vehicle also has the rare dealer installed Honda Factory Performance Package which includes a lowered suspension, front sway bar, aero body kit, chrome exhaust extensions on the dual exhaust, and larger 17 inch wheels. I have a black 1990 GMC Sierra that runs well with no known problems. Its a 5-speed with 4-wheel drive and a current inspection sticker. I just added two speakers to the truck and replaced all the brake lights and reverse lights. Recent tires are on the truck and an oil change was just done. My husband is a mechanic and took very good care of this truck, but he no longer needs it because he bought a new car. The truck works great in the winter. This is one of the most practical diesels that Mercedes-Benz ever built, a 1987 300 TD in the desirable Classic Black finish with Tan MB-Tex interior. This all-Newport estate wagon is in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition and remains structurally perfect and free from any significant corrosion. Considering the impressive track record of maintenance this 2-owner vehicle has seen, the mileage can be considered low for one of these cars. Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts recognize these models as having the most durable and long lasting engines ever built by the German maker. This model has been known to reach 1,000,000 miles and beyond, while delivering very good fuel mileage and respectable power. These engines are also bio-diesel ready and can be easily converted to be run on vegetable oil. The interior and exterior of this car are in excellent shape There are no serious imperfections such as harsh dings or scratches on the exterior. The front lights and surroundings look new, and the new General radial tires ride on spotless factory “bundt” alloy wheels. Its remarkably tight and together for a car over 20 years old. There is no significant rust to be found on this Newport wagon, and the underside is extremely clean. Most northern cars are difficult to repair and maintain because the salty roads corrode the bolts and wear out seals - this Newport wagon has none of that.The inside is very sharp and clean, and has not been harshly affected by the sun - it is without question that this car was garaged. The seats are in great shape, with rich MB Tex in a very desirable color that has a surprising lack of wear. The wood is in very good shape, and there is no soiling or rough spots to be seen anywhere - a sign the previous owners were unusually relentless in keeping the inside clean. The dashboard has no sun cracking, the carpet looks clean all around, and the door panels are in nice shape with only a couple of mild flaws. A full-sized spare tire on a factory alloy, OEM tools and jack are located in the well kept cargo area and the medical kit is stowed in its pouch on the interior of the rear panel.Mechanically, this car runs and drives extremely well, I just installed glow plugs and brand new brakes . The AC works great and the belts have been replaced on the AC and Alternator. The car also has a sunroof which is perfect working condition. The steering is smooth and easy, and the suspension feels to be in great shape, handling bumpy roads with ease and rounding corners with no abnormal roll or sway. The transmission shifts well through the gears. The tires provide a smooth ride, and the car tracks down the road straight and smooth at any speed. One cant drive this car without being impressed by the way the previous owner kept it up. Hello,This car was a good deal for me and I think I would be a good deal for you. It does have a few problems. 1. The transmission slips. When this happens, I would press the accelerator with my foot. The car would rev for about 1 second, then engage, after which I have no problem. I do not believe that this is a major issue. There is a leak in a hose or a seal and the transmission fluid slowly leaks out. I have been adding transmission fluid every 2 weeks or so. This makes the car run fine. It only slips when I mistakenly let the fluid get too low.2. The driver side door handle is broken. It does open and close, but not conventionally.3. I have removed the battery because it was junk. 4. The car is unregistered, uninspected, and has no license plates on it.5. The muffler is starting to get a little noisy, but not too bad in my opinion.So, thats it. Again, this Explorer has been good to me. I would keep it if I could. I originally posted the car for $700, but keeping this list of issues in mind, have lowered the price. According to Kelley Blue Book, this car is worth much more than what Im asking; specifically $1,915. I have added to link to KBB for your convenience. I have done so much to it, it will be hard to list but here it goes.* front and real axles have been changed to 24 spine* the rear axle has air locker* an 8000lb warn winch on the front in a 2 in receiver* there is an air compressor under the hood (which also engages the air lockers) this also comes with an air hose for putting air back in the tires when your done off roading* there is a 400 watt inverter in the rear of the truck* there is a 4 in old man emu lift kit* there are skyjacker shocks all the way around, * the tires are 295s (approx size is around 33in) they are on the stock rims with an extra rim for a spare* there is a front skid plate from armor plating* there are rock sliders* axle guards* rear shackles for easy of pulling out of the mud* roof racks, (Yakama 4 pole stile) * new fuel pump and sender unit* new cat back stock exhaust * new breaks and disks, rear have new calipers also* sony cd player with new speakers and a remoteThe interior is good for its age. The previous owner removed the head liner which is notorious for falling and removed it painted it put the shell back in, and Looks real good. The condition of the driers set is the worst but they are also cloth seats which are better then the leather. There are water proof seat covers on the front. This truck was my daily driver for a long time. There was also a new transmission put in it also, that was one of the things that when purchased on eBay it died out 5 months later. Any how there is some rock rash on the driver’s side front fender and also the fenders were cut to hold larger tires which were on it but I had to remove them to make the truck more practical to drive on the highway. The tires that were on it were 36 in super swappers, I also removed about 3 inches of lift out of it to pass RI state inspection and it looks real good. There are about 180 plus thousand miles on it but the odometer stopped working not to long ago. i am selling this because I need to make room for the kids car and i have purchase a new truck all ready. the price is 3k firm. There is also a loss of power because of a possible new alternator that was put it. Not sure. From what I understand this is also another problem that the RR’s have. There is minimal rust on this truck. The truck is red, has the original 3.5l v8 which is ok, could use a rebuild but it is strong. The rear stock hitch was cut off this truck for some reason and I have purchased a new one and will come with it. 1996 VW Passat GLX Its a V6 2.8 Liter engine with a 5 speed manual transmission. It has power windows, power locks, power steering, leather, sun roof, CD player. Current Mileage: 71,128 I bought the car in 9/2005 from an auto auction. Im selling it because it was making a squeaking noise when driving. I put a new mount in and the noise went away. The Good: Inspected until 7/10 New Oxygen Sensor 10/16/08 New Front Motor Mount 5/13/09 New serpentine belt tensioner pulley 2/2/09 New Front tires 3/19/09 New Oil Pressure switches on 1/05/09 New Coolant tube/thermostat housing 1/05/09 The Bad: Parking brake sticks Will need a new CV joint soon Hard to open the Passenger side door from the outside and inside (The door handle from the inside slips making it hard to open. The handle from the outside is broken.) Windshield is cracked CEL is on (see below) It also seems to veer a little bit when accelerating (possibly needs a front end alignment). I brought the car to a mechanic for the O2 sensor. He replaced it and it turned out to be a loose wire. About a month later, the Check engine light came back on. The wire came loose again and it was resoldiered. I brought it to AutoZone to pull the CEL codes. The o2 sensor code came back up. Perhaps it needs to be cleared?
