Im a 34 year old male looking for a roommate to share an apartment with in a really nice area. The location is in a quiet part of Pawtucket located near Lincoln and North Providence. Close to I-95, 146, and 295. Downtown Providence is under 10 min away. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Its a clean and spacious 2 bedroom, with a large kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom and the entire living room would be yours. Both rooms are unfurnished. There is also extra storage in the basement and FREE washer and drier for laundry. Parking is on the street but the apartment is located on a one way street that is not very busy. If you need the bus there is a bus stop right at the beginning of the street. Everything you need is very close by from Walmart to Stop & Shop. Rent is $425 a month, on a month to month lease. First and last months rent would be due the first month. Utilities are not included. We would split utilities evenly. No smoking, pets, or drugs allowed. Ive lived in this apartment for over 9 years and its a great place to live. Im a really down to earth person who is really easy to get along with. I will totally respect your space and ask that we share in simple tasks like keeping the place clean. Looking for a non-smoking, pet-free, child-free, considerate, neat, roommate to share a GREAT two bedroom condo in Lincoln/Manville, RI. Im an extremely considerate, neat, educated,and business professional. The condo is in really great shape and modern. Im quiet when I know my roommate is sleeping and know that our comfort in our condo is more imporant than any visiting guest. There is plenty of room for a living room set and everywhere in the unit half the space has been kept clear for you to move in. The utilities are all split evenly, there is cable, gas and electric. They are really low. I use my cell phone so there isnt a land line. There is one assigned parking spot that we can share (first come, first serve) and there are plenty of visitor parking spots close to our door.
