We would prefer someone (male or female, we are two dudes) between the ages of 20-30. You MUST be employed or a student. NEED to pay rent and utilities on time.We arent terribly picky with personalities - sociable, shut-in, whatever - well let you do your thing as long as you let us do ours. We do ask, though, that you respect our privacy, clean up after yourself, and share general responsibilities with us.We usually have friends over a couple nights a week, but nothing loud, obnoxious, or overly drunken, just chill. We dont mind if you do the same, but no house party type stuff. Also no smoking in the apartment. And no pets.The apartment is in a GREAT location, between Atwells Avenue and Broadway. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, art galleries, and bars within walking distance. Its a 20-minute walk to most places downtown.The landlords live in the building and are very nice and generous - theyll help you out with whatever you need.The bedroom itself is modestly sized, but not furnished. It does boast the best view in all the apartment - you can see skyscrapers downtown. Pretty nice. | Hey Im looking to let out a room in my apartment. The place is awesome, huge kitchen, super big living room, and your room will be the biggest of the two. The place is on the first floor, right off atwells avenue. tons, of restaurants, nightlife, etc, right outside our door. I dont drive so from experience, i know you can get anywhere in the city from here quick and easy. rent is $300 a month plus utilities, and a damage deposit. there is a parking lot across the street for an additional $50 a month. Im looking for someone to come early feb. Im a recent grad of Fashion Institute of Technology, studying painting. moved back from New york to providence in september. Im applying to Risd this coming fall. 22, female, laid back, i smoke (but respectfully), have a kitten named clementine, like to have people over sometimes, but im not crazy into partys. Im a waitress in the area, and i take some art classes during the week. You: should be no older than 28ish. be okay with a studio/ living room (its big enough for both, trust me). must be laid back, and somewhat clean. | There is a family room, living room, dishwasher, washer & dryer, fireplace, jacuzzi, pool, and driveway. I have two large dogs that are very friendly. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED (including multiple room DVR, most movie channels, high speed internet and phone). There are 4 members in the household but it is very spacious with 2 full bathrooms and 8 rooms. We are all outgoing, respectful and usually never home at the same time since we have different schedules. I do allow cats and dogs but there would be an extra $100 refundable deposit required. Regular deposit is $225. The age group of the people in the household are 21-45 (3 males and 1 female) Age or gender is not important but I just thought I would mention our ages and genders in case you may have a preference. It is right in the center of town, but also pretty quiet because it is insulated by two townhouses that are typically not rented during the year (only in the summer). The other roommates are me (25-year-old clinical psychology PhD student at URI) and a 28-year-old graduate student in pharmacology. We are both easygoing and like to run, surf, stay active. We also are both pretty mature and typically swamped with work so the house stays pretty quiet.
