Hello,We are a couple that is expecting that just recently moved to RI from CT, my name is Craig and my girlfriends name is Angela. I am 29 and my girlfriend is 22, she is 13 weeks pregnant and we also have a 4 year old Goldendoodle named Matty. Matty is very well trained, lovable and quite except for when someone is at the door she does bark a couple of times.I am born and raised in Pawtucket, RI but moved to CT 2 1/2 years ago for a great job but recently have to move back to RI to be closer to family that have some medical problems as well as a disability. I am currently unemployed collecting $413.00 week with about 7,000 left to collect, but I am still seeking full time employment. I have been in the Information Technology field for the past 11 years with a very strong resume as well as certificates and I my avg. yearly base salary has ranged between 40k - 60k. I have recently just been brought into a company as a private contractor with promises of plenty of work but I am still searching for a steady full time job. I also do work on the side to bring in extra $$ as well as working on starting my own business when the time is right. The salarys quoted above are base salarys but the past couple of jobs Ive had Ive brought in close to 70-80k and usually have a company vehicle. I do have pay stubs as well as previous years tax forms for any proof that you would request.** My credit is horrible mostly from destroying it with credit cards when I turned 18, but I have lived on my own since 17 living in the same apartment till I was 24 making payments with no problems. Then I rented a house ($1,200mnth) for another 2 years making those payments no problem until my roommate was deployed and it was just too big and didnt make scence to stay there so moved into a 1bedroom apartment which I held until I moved to Ct. We are both not loud people and get along with pretty much anyone.My girlfriend Angela that I met in CT. is currently working making 16hr and is currently 13 weeks pregnant. She is Jr. in college that she will be finishing once we are comfortably established in RI. Currently we are renting a room paying $850 a month everything included and were trying to get into our own place ASAP (tomorrow is possible!). Her credit is not the best mostly due to loosing her father and had to help support her mother, brothers and sister but has held an apartment of her own with no problems as well as making steady payments on her car for the past few years.We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment pref. on the 1st floor but willing to check out 2nd floor as well. We are also looking for this apartment preferable in the Darlington area of Pawtucket but not ruling out the rest of city, also willing to check out any apartments that are close to Pawtucket as well. We would also prefer a decent yard because we do have a dog that does like to stretch her legs once in a while even though she is very much a house/lap dog.We would also request to at least have washer/dryer hook ups, she requests a dishwasher but obviously thats not a big deal :).We have disclosed all this information because we do have horrible credit as do most people these days and would like to get into a nice apartment with everything out in the open. We are both good hardworking people (Well even though I am a computer geek I have done electrical work and have picked up many trades doing home improvements) that are very easy to get along with.If all the information given above meets your satisfaction and have an apartment similar to what we are looking for please respond via email so we can set up an appointment to look at the apartment.
