We bought this camper new in 2003 and we have kept in very good condition. This is a top of the line camper. We are NON SMOKERS so the camper has NEVER been smoked in.This camper is completely self contained. You can camp where there is no water. bathrooms or electricity and still have running hot and cold water. lights. refrigerator. heat. indoor and outdoor stoves. toilet and even a indoor and outdoor shower.The refrigerator runs on gas. 110 or 12 volts. Water runs on incoming preasure or an onboard 12 or 110 volt pump. There are even KING SIZE bunks on each end. There are many extras that come with the trailer as we wont be camping anymore do to a back injury. We didnt use the trailer at all last year and have only slept in it for about 5 weeks total. This is a great RV with only 22,000 miles. My wife and I purchased this RV specifically to travel the United States for the past year. We absolutely loved traveling in it. It has all the conveniences of home like a queen size bed and a full sized shower yet is only 29ft long. We put 12,000 miles on her without a problem. 2001 Skyline 273,Fantastic travel trailer, great for your summer stay-cation! Dry weight of 5,100 lbs makes it easy to tow with most SUVs. I have literally towed it thousands of miles.Has a queen bed in the front, a thwart-ships convertible couch that sleeps 2, a convertable dinette that sleeps 2 and triple bunk beds. The kitchen area has a microwave, 3-burner stove, an oven, range hood, double sink, and plenty of overhead pantry storage, as well as under-counter drawers. The referigerator has upper and lower sections, with the upper section being a freezer. The fridge unit is powered by 110v when available, and by propane when 110v is not available.The bathroom has a half-scale tub with a shower, sink and commode. The hitch is a weight-distributing hitch, and it tows darn good. Dual axle and tires are in decent shape, and it has electric brakes. It has a single 12v deep-cycle battery, and twin propane tanks.This camper is a very clean unit, and very enjoyable to use. It truly is a fantastic home away from home. The best part about camping is the quality time with the family in a safe, familiar place. You can take your time to prepare before hand on your free time throughout the week, and a comfortable ride.
