Iam looking for someone to fill the other half of a two bedroom apartment. The room will be available July 1st and ready to go. The apartment itself has a pay washer and dryer in the basement so you would not have to go to the laundromat, heat and hot water are included, and you would be splitting on cable and electric with myself and also obviously rent. I need a roommate who does not have a problem with a smoker and is neat and clean themselves.The lease on this apartment is up on October 31st so this would be short term unless someone would be interested in renewing the lease with me, if everything works out.
