This engine has just been imported from Japan. It hasn't been run in the US. The advantage of imported japanese engines is that on average, they have 30-50k miles. It makes them perfect to replace a tired old or blown engine. The engine is in a great condition, clean in and out, came out of an automatic car (which means it wasn't beat on), but will work in a 5spd just as well. This engine is non-VTEC, so it will work in DX and LX trims, but if you need a VTEC one for Accord EX, or a later 2.3L engine, just let me know.
