I have a vintage Leslie S-5T in great working condition for sale. I acquired this horn a few years ago, but unfortunately the individual I bought them from did not know what railroad they were from. I have blown them a few times at home, and at a show up in PA. These horns are the old "S" (NOT RS) style horn, which are becoming more difficult to find nowadays. The horns have been well used, and there is a small puncture on one of the intermediate trumpets, but this does in no way effect the sound. The horn is date stamped "67" on the base, and has the original brass Leslie manufacturers tag from Lyndhurst, NJ. Inlet is the typical horn flange, with the pipe inlet tapped for 1/2" NPT. This would be an awesome horn to put on your truck or car! I had a similar train horn mounted on my car, with a compressor in the trunk to supply air pressure, and it worked great! I unfortunately need to sell this piece, as I graduated from U of D this past May and have to start paying off some of that college debt. If you are unfamiliar with air horns, Leslie Controls is one of the top manufacturers in this market, and the S-5T is often referred to as the "King of Horns." This is a great horn!
