They are Nunno type hangars with rolling side doors; very easy to open and close. Square box style (not t-hangars), 220VAC, 110VAC, water, land line telephone hook-up, insulated ceilings, overhead ceiling lights, close-able turbine vents in the ceiling, rolling doors to the sidewalls. No lease necessary, but optional. Month to month is O.K.. Tenant pays for electricity usually $10-$15 per month.. Tenant provides their own insurance. $500 refundable security deposit. The City requires at least one aircraft (in any condition) to be stored in every hangar, after that, everything else imaginable can be stored there also. After that, any other storage including boats, RVs and cars are allowed. No commercial businesses are allowed to operate in the private hangars; but commercial assets are allowed to be stored inside. I already have other potential tenants who may be willing to share hangar space to help reduce monthly costs. This hangar is plenty big enough to store 2 airplanes (one high and one low wing) or multiple helicopters.
