Bogen 3036 tripod with 3057 head The 3057 head includes a large 4" x 4" QR mounting plate. I'll also include a traditional hex-shaped QR plate (use it for your smaller camera). Bogen rates this at 26.5 lbs, which is overly conservative (IMHO). Will easily support a 8x10 large format camera. If you need a sturdy tripod, this is definitely it!
