I bought this new about five years ago. I've used it approximately five times at a total of about 3 hours! That's it! I now have a newer system of Windows and the scanner doesn't work with it. I believe there is a way to make it work by changing some configuration, but I no longer need to use the scanner anyway. Comes with everything that it was supplied with. Nothing is missing.
