The insurance co did not give him what is needed to build this because he was under insured. He is a truck driver and has been living out of his truck. I need contractors in the following areas to donate their time in exchange for rental time twice what your time is worth. Say your work is worth 2k, he is offering 4k worth of rental time for you to have at your leisure. It is a very bad situation. The money gotten should be enough for the materials for this home. He is also a DISABLED VET. We are not looking for anything to be given for free.
