You also risk unknowingly renting a former meth houses too). Google Kip Schoning and see for yourself before you give your money to this bottom feeder!!!!!Repairs? Maintenance? Forget about it! Other than slapping a coat of red paint on the front door (Kip says it gives the rental \"class\") no maintenance will ever be done and nothing will ever be repaired.Are houses up for sale or in foreclosure being rented? Often! So after you move in you might find out that the house is being foreclosed and up for auction, meaning you will have 30 days to move after it is sold.Deposits? Kiss them goodbye! In three or four months, when you have move out because your kids are getting sick from the dry rot, black mold or lack of heat, you will be billed for everything that you ever complained about and end up loosing ALL of your deposit, which will go right into the Schonings pockets. You might even get a bill for the additional “damage’ you caused. This has actually been done to people who paid the deposit took one look at the place and NEVER even moved in.Your credit? Schoning will report you for non payment just out of spite. Good luck trying to rent again! Again, this has happened to people who rented by phone, arrived, took one look at the renatal and never even moved in!How do the Schoning’s manage to stay financially solvent? They dont, but don’t worry, Kip will complain (loudly) but they will somehow get through all YOU have done to them. The deposit and last months rent you “gave’ them helps heal their wounds. The house will immediately be rented AGAIN in what ever condition you left it…and thus the Schoning Empire continues....Dont risk you health living in what could be a former meth house or a house with unsafe electric or black mold growing inside the walls. Do a Google check and see for your self. BE PART OF THE SOLUTION Say no to substandard housing! SHUT DOWN BULA and stop KIP SCHONING.PLEASE do someone else a favor! Print this out and put it in you bag or pocket. Next time you see a place that allows people to post ads, post it! You could be doing a good turn for someone who does not have internet access.
