2003 Harley Sportster Roadster 1200cc that has been down since the pisture was taken. I went down on wet pavement at 30mph. The bike has been inspected by a Harley dealership hear local and the frame and fork are straight and in good shape. What was damaged was cosmetic, turn signals and handle bars, mirrors etc. The highway bars saved most of it. The bike has 30,000 miles on it and has always been serviced and broken in by the book. This is a scooter that was originally sold in the UK. It has never been licenced in the states. I have all of the information needed to get it licened. The wife and I bought this as a project we could do together and fix it up a little. So for lack of time and interest it must go. When we bought it it did not run. I drained the gas and oil tanks and replaced with fresh and got it to run. The previous owner had fooled around with the carb and I beleave to be out of adjustment or in need of a rebuild. So it runs and drives just wont always idle. It has a 49cc engine and has 8200 original miles. So it has a few minor issues but it is all there also comes with a repair manual.
