Most of this R1 is stock, only exceptions are the fender eliminator, front SS brake lines, quick release fairing plugs, frame sliders, K&N filter, slip on Yoshi and Zero Gravity windscreen. It's very clean for its age and I do take good care of it with at least one wash a week, an oil change within the last 500 miles and all maintenance being done at Yamaha. Just put a rear michelin pilot road 3 on no more than 100 miles ago. These early years are revered for their bottom end power and ability to lift the front tire with just the throttle (which I don't do). 2001 was the last year they were carberated which I guess has pros and cons. I've ridden or owned almost all Generations and the older years have more usable, driving around power, as the gears aren't spread too tall. It isn't perfect though as it is 10 years old. High mileage at around 44K. left mid fairing has a small crack, and it is in need of a valve adjustment (Bout 175-250 depending on where you go.) and rear brake pads so

Works perfect and in good condition. includes the wire harness for a ninja but is not needed if you are good at splicing in to wires. It has PERIMETER SENSOR, IGNITION DISABLE, TILT SENSOR, the main module, remote, and all the wiring. Custom built rail v8 chevy 305, edelbrock carb, ramhorn manifolds, turbo 350 tran, 8" toyota rearend lincon locked, three core radiator, keg for gas tank, hella lights in front, long travel in front 16" super soft / could use some dampening [ shocks]. I havent got around to fabing mounts. four rib tires in front. bad to the bone paddles. I will consider less if not interested in the paddle. They fit my jeep too.
