Hello,Are you in need of a Part time Apartment Manager in exchange for rent?I maybe what you are looking for. I have 20 years sales, marketing and management experience, excellent coustomer relations skills. Back in the 80s I took an Apartment Management postion but unknown to me it was a drug property, cleaned that problem up and turned the property into a very nice place to live. I am not interested in doing that again, so please be upfront about the type of complex you are wishing to have managed. I also have bookkeeping skills and am willing to refresh my knowledge of land lord tenet laws.If you are looking for a manager that will keep the property looking nice, turn the apartments over quickly and use creative marketing to keep them full, I would love to speak with you.I do have a dog and cat so a pet friendly complex is needed. Hello,My family of 3 are looking for a nice, pet friendly apt to rent.
