I have a 2004 yfz450 for sale, ridden only in sand! It comes with 2 sets of sand tires and a set for dirt (only one set of rims). It has around 20 hours of ride time on it. I put a new piston(stock size), exhaust(curtis sparks racing), seat (better then the 2006 seats), new clutch, higher rev cdi box (gives 1000 more rpms), a pro flow intake, nerf bars, pro taper handle bars, new front grill and a few other little modifications I have put on it in the last few months. This is an all original built in Dec. 1969 Honda CB 750 with only 7400 original miles. It was a neglect case where the bike sat for the past 12+ years with no love. The bike was in bad shape but I have put a lot of time into cleaning it up and going through the entire bike. It starts and runs greats (as it should since it only has 7400 miles), and everything works. It needs someone to take it to the next level. With a little more elbow grease it would be a great collector piece. The crank is die-cast but the head I believe is sand-cast, which fits the period in which it was produced. It was produced three month after the transition to die-cast for the crank casing but they were still working on a full production transition for the bike. It has two dents in the tank (minor work to remove) and some discoloration on the tops of the side panels. I have received quotes on getting these repaired with NOS paint for under $600. There are three recalls that I know of for this bike and none of them have been done. Some of the aluminum needs to be polished more and some of the thinner chrome pieces (blinker brackets, light brackets, etc.) have minor pitting. I would love to see this bike get a full frame off and restore since it is so rare. Serious inquires only, I am willing to negotiate on price as long as it is going to a good home. No trades.
