He tried to keep it secret from the tenets upstairs but after being called out on it, tried to make it sound \"legal.\" Regardless of state laws, federal laws still made this against the law. The stranger had full access to the house, presumably whenever he wanted. Landlord also quite the shady character himself taking only cash while making ridiculous demands of the tenets, bringing shady ladies over, and not doing any upkeep to the house. There is also poor heating in the winter, the $400 room has no venting at all. Exposed nails in each of the $500 rooms, and dismal water pressure (at best). BEWARE of this SCUMBAG!
