The sleeping loft sleeps two and there is a futon below the loft that, will comfortably sleep two extra. There are plenty of blankets for warmth and there are two heaters that really do their job keeping this space warm! Occasionally you will hear the trains in the distance which is a really nice background noise. You may also get visits from Sita (short for Mamacita), a sweet black and white cat.
There is a picnic table on casters for dining and a little kitchenette with utensils, a two burner cooktop, a mini fridge, a coffee grinder and a coffee press. There is also internet access. The setup is almost more akin to a cabin, and as many cabins go, there is no indoor plumbing. Therefore my guests must "hike" the 20 feet to the main house and use the restroom :). For

$329 per week is only $47 per night for a fully furnished Apartment with a full kitchen, all utilities Cable TV.

The house has on-site laundry (not coin-op!), plenty of basement storage, a huge gas range stove, a pool table, and a really comfortable porch. Overall, it is a really great place to live!The bedroom itself can be furnished or not, depending on your needs. It is located on the second story of the house, doesn't get a lot of street noise, and has a pretty big closet. Although it's small, I've never felt too cramped in it and if you don't have a ton of stuff you probably won't either!
The housemates are three fantastic women in their twenties. They all keep busy with jobs or school and would prefer someone who does the same. We're looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respects the mellow atmosphere of the house. Bonus points if you have a sense of humo
