I replaced my stock brakes with a Brembo Big brake kit. There was nothing wrong with these, I just needed more stopping power. Rotors are not warped, and pads have 80+% life left. Rotors are a little rusty, but will clean up w/in a few miles of driving. This is a stock cast iron big block intake manufactured January 1970 and taken from a Corvette 427. It is a spread bore dual plane manifold and is set up for the Quadrajet listed here. Intake is 1970 and carb is 1972. This intake & carb came off my 427 (from the Vette) to put into a 10 second Camaro.The part # is GMT 3956287. A13 70 Conv 3 Time is 6. This manifold is in excellent condition.It is an oval port that measure 2\" X 1 5/8\".The Quadrajet is also in excellent condition model number 7042208QC. This translates to 1972, emissions 1 which is all states except California (this is good), Chevy, Automatic Trans. No slop in the throttle shaft. Will sell seperately $95 for the intake and $70 for the Quadrajet. Please dont expect to just bolt on this carb and fire your motor. It might work fine and it was when I pulled it off the 427 but that was years ago. I wouldnt try it, particularly with a fresh motor because if you try to poor boy it and the motor wont get fuel while youre cranking on a new cam, its flat cam time! Tear it down! Two complete(?) Dana cruise control systems (magnet style - not for VSS). Appear to be identical systems. One in original box with instructions and another in unmarked box.
